PLASTIC ACTION CHAMPIONS
COULD YOU BE A PLASTIC ACTION CHAMPION?
Rubbish Walks has teamed up with the Greenprint forum to search for Suffolk’s Plastic Action Champions.
Supported by East Suffolk Council, Suffolk Coast & Heaths Sustainable Development Fund and the East Suffolk Partnership (ESP) we’re looking for individuals and groups across the county who are passionate about raising awareness about the issues of single-use plastics, litter, recycling and waste in general.
We offer free training, support and resources to give you the confidence you need to go out into your local community and chat to friends, family, schools, businesses and groups about easy ways they can reduce their their impact on the environment.
Training, support and resources will be provided by Jason Alexander from Rubbish Walks and Daniel Wareing, Environmental Sustainability Officer for East Suffolk Council.
Regular training sessions are held across the county to provide all champions with the skills and confidence they need to go out in their local communities and talk about the issues.
